MongoDb instance used along with GoLang drivers for connecting the database instance is not working with an extension

One of our customer's applications is using GoLang and MongoDB, we are unable to monitor data dependent on these technologies because the GoLang driver used by the database is not supported by Dynatrace with the current extension.

PFB versions of technologies are used.

GoLang version: 1.19 and 1.18
MongoDB version: 5.0

Has anyone customized any plugin extension to support monitoring of the above technology instance with the GoLang driver?

Database detection from a monitored process is not done via an extension, it is part of the OneAgent code module for Go. I suggest you open a support ticket with the name and version of the mongodb client you are using so that we can check if the team has plans to support that client.
