Plugin needs supports data source python (runtime version min: 3.9.0)

So I would like to setup extension for InterSystem IRIS and this is happened:

Error: Failed to assign monitoring configuration to ActiveGate. Reason: The monitoring configuration requires ActiveGate version 1.259.0 or later that supports data source python (runtime version min: 3.9.0) and belongs to group "default"

Already use the newer version of ActiveGate.

Any idea on how to solve the issue? Thank you.

@agylpradipta are there any ActiveGates in the default group which have extensions enabled? Have a look to the list of ActiveGates in the deployment status with group default and with Extension 2.0 modules:

(in my environment there are no such AGs - which is correct in our case, since we use ActiveGate groups)

So I need to check if there is ActiveGate that are using Extension 2.0?

If the AG with Extension 2.0 exist, it's supposed to be the extension run?

Correct, if any ActiveGate with Extension 2.0 modules exists in the group, then it will run the extension.
