Plugin settings per host, but not alert settings?

So I am able to configure the properties for custom plugins on a per host basis (by disabling globally, and enabling per host)

But I cannot see that this is possible for the Plugin events?

As commented by Wolfgang Beer in my RFE, these can be manually defined as custom events.
