We have deployed a plugin on ActiveGate server, and we have added an endpoint, also, in technologies and custom devices it is giving response time data. But when we're trying to configure the same query chart in the Data Explorer, we are getting no data. Could you please suggest why it is happening and how we will troubleshoot this?
We have checked that this plugin is working for the MySQL database. But when we're trying to configure the endpoint for the Oracle, we're not getting any data.
