There are no ActiveGates in this group capable of executing the extension. The extension won't work until at least one ActiveGate fulfills the requirements.

  • Not supported DataSources. Expected python(min:3.9.0) (x2)

Above is the error. It was successful before but now that is the error. Already restarted the service as well. How to address the error?

hi @AbbieA, Can you please check your existing AG which was connected earlier, there might be  2 possible reasons

  1. AG was down or running with the old version compared with your SaaS/Managed version.
  2. Previously connected AGs EEC (Extension Execution Controller) feature might be disabled.

Would recommend to login the AG server and check the process and the Logs.

Thanks

Hi @AravindhanV, thanks for the response. I'm not yet familiar on the AG logs, what is the path of the logs in AG (windows) to check this?

@AbbieA, You can get the logs from the below location %PROGRAMDATA%\dynatrace\gateway\log

ActiveGate directories — Dynatrace Docs - This might be helpful for you too.

Thanks

Hi. After restarting the EEC, what specific log filename to check?

Hi @AbbieA

What is the current version of your AG, I believe you are using older version of AG that uses python 3.8 while using the latest version of the extension. You have to update the AG version to the latest or to downgrade the extension version.

Thanks,

Islam

This is resolved. The port was reverted to the default value.  We just updated the conf file to update the port we are currently using.
