Request for Extended ActiveGate Support Lifecycle

Dear Support Team,

The support lifecycle for OneAgent on RHEL extends to E-EUS. However, ActiveGate is currently supported only up to EUS.

Would it be possible to extend ActiveGate support to E-EUS as well, similar to OneAgent?

The two-year difference in support duration is a significant operational concern and may discourage us from adopting ActiveGate in our environment. Aligning the ActiveGate support lifecycle with that of OneAgent would help improve long-term maintainability and operational planning.

Hi @tohrutakagi 

This is a valid point for enterprise planning on RHEL. Having OneAgent supported through RHEL E-EUS while ActiveGate is only supported through EUS can create additional upgrade planning and operational overhead, especially in environments where OS lifecycles are tightly controlled.

Since support lifecycles are set by Product Management, consider submitting this under Product Ideas in the community so other enterprise users can upvote it for PM review.
