Hello -

We are about to integrate the Salesforce with Dynatrace via Salesforce Extension. We will use the event streaming and platform event configuration via connect apps in Salesforce. 

We understood that all of these events landed to Dynatrace via Bizevent API. What we are not clear as now is that does Davis AI is provides insight of alerting out of the box or do we have to setup alerting manually by using Bizevent Pipeline and Anomaly detection in Gen3.

Appreciated your support on this. We are not quite clear on alerting part with Salesforce extension.

@liyanawaduge Yes, you would need to define custom alerting rules to receive alerts based on the data ingested , below dashboards are what's provided via extension.
