Self Authored Extension 2.0 : Product Information

Dear,

I might be missing something, but how do I populate the “Product Information” for my self authored extension in my Dynatrace Hub screen?

I thought it would show the contents of the README.md file, but it's still grayed out.

Any idea ?

That is currently not possible. Only tiles created via our internal CMS will show up information there. It is something we are considering in the future. please create a product idea with your use case.

Man, I am super bummed to have discovered this... I've been trying for like an hour now to get data uploaded with my extension so that basic information about the extension would show up there.  

I really hope this is something you guys add on soon.  I can't imagine why this shouldn't be something that users can configure.  Having the ability to put basic descriptions, instructions, and release notes here would be super helpful.  Otherwise, we have to direct our engineers to our Github repo. 

It would be so much better if we could bundle it all in one place.  That's kind of what extensions are all about, right?  Bundling everything in one place to make it easy for us?
