I need help with the following case. I have a 2.0 extension developed in visual code, This extension is operational in the environment. Another user from your computer needs to perform changes in extension, Visual Code is sending this user an error in the file "setting.json", This message indicates problems with the route.

this may be because there's directory of certificate file isn't accessible by this user, you can open the settings.json and check the default location of the root certificate.
