Just is just a helpful message to tell the community about the Microsoft Teams Integrations
The old interface will no longer supported at the end of 2025 and is deprecated - see this useful thread:

A summary about the new interface:
What’s Being Deprecated
- Office 365 Connectors in Microsoft Teams will no longer be supported for new configurations after 15 August 2024.
- Existing connectors will continue to function until end of 2025, but Microsoft is retiring this integration model.
- This affects Dynatrace’s ability to send problem notifications directly to Teams channels using legacy webhook URLs.
What’s Replacing It
Dynatrace now recommends using:
Microsoft Teams Connector via Power Automate
- Instead of direct webhooks, you configure a Power Automate flow that receives Dynatrace alerts and posts them to Teams.
- This method is more secure, flexible, and aligned with Microsoft’s future roadmap.
Dynatrace Workflows with Teams Actions
- Dynatrace’s Workflows feature includes a native Microsoft Teams Connector.
- You can send targeted notifications, automate remediation steps, and integrate with incident triage flows.
You can find setup guidance in the Dynatrace documentation for Teams Connector.
Strategic Tip for Your Environment
- Using Power Automate for complex routing or multi-channel escalation
