Tag the extension resource

Hi all,

I have installed an extension to monitor the Confluent Kafka queues and topics. Now I want to setup tags to tag the queues and topics such that we can include them into metrics events to trigger alerts.

However, when I try to setup auto tagging rules, I find that the list does not include anything related to the extension.

How can I tag them?

Thank you @AntonPineiro for your recommendation.

I have raised a ticket to Dynatrace and they give me the same approach. I share the screenshots for more detail configuration here.

I can now tag my resources without issue now. Thank you!
