Hi,
how could we easily understand why incidents remain open for so long in this case more than 3 days and don't return to normal even it is obvious that the missing data was for 2-3 minutes:
We are receiving often incidents based on "Alert on missing data" as this is the only way this metric works and it is fine but why "return-to-normal condition" is not detected on time? What could be the reasons?

Hello @mn_24 I would definitely suggest you to open a Support Case if the Alerting on Missing Data generated problem doesn't close automatically when you get back to the "normal condition" as in the chart you shared above, or if problems are wrongly generated
