one of our customer is trying out the Alertmanager extension to forward alarms from their OpenShift systems to Dynatrace. This ingests events fine it seems.
What we noticed is that our test alert (to check for which labels generate appropriate custom devices / alert names / entities) that was closed did not close the Problem in Dynatrace.
Is this expected behavior or should the Problem be closed as usual (also wondering because as far as I saw in the code, the extensions events should have a 120 minute timeout so I would have expected that even if there is no closure event (if that exists) it should time out after 120 minutes anyway?)
