The PagerDuty out-of-the-box integration in Dynatrace currently doesn't support the custom payload regarding Problem details. Is there any plans of including this feature in the future?

Why not just use the webhook integration to set the desired payload?
Problem is not resolved automatically in Pagerduty when we integrate via webhook. Whenever a problem is resolved in Dynatrace, a new [Resolved] ticket is generated in Pagerduty via the webhook integration.
Whereas, the out-of-the-box PagerDuty automatically resolves the original ticket in PagerDuty and does not create additional ticket. However, out-of-the-box PagerDuty has a limitation on the problem details Payload.
