Hello,
See included picture, Does this mean I can turn on log monitoring on an AG? So how can I turn this on and where is the documentation hidden?

Yes, it's hidden and only for brave early adopters 🙂
Put this in the custom.properties:
[log_analytics_collector]
log_analytics_collector_enabled = true
I could not find the original blog post, but here is a cached version.

Hello
Is Activegate log monitoring on RoadMap or delete from it?

I think it will be enhanced shortly.
Any news @Michal D. ?

@Mikhail A. just to make sure - you would like to view in Dynatrace logs from your ActiveGate deployment?

Actually I'm also interested in this use case - mainly for pushing logs from platforms where at the moment log monitoring is not available such as AIX or Solaris.
Viewing logs from ActiveGate deployment is also a valid use case. At the moment you are still limited and it is not possible to download or view the logs without accessing the filesystem directly. Support archives for ActiveGates are not yet accessible from Dynatrace UI.

Hey @Julius L.,
1) we are right now working on pushing logs through generic log ingest engine - preview is planned for the end of CQ3 2020
2) actually it's is right now possible to monitor AG logs using OA - after deploying OA on AG host you will see AG logs (some additional configuration of OA on AG host might be needed - please contact Dynatrace Support for assistance)
