I'm looking for anything in Dynatrace Univ. that might tell me how to set up a new custom date format.  I've installed the agents, but reading log files fails because of this error.
Here is my format:  [03/Jan/2018 10:49:38]
I'm new to Dynatrace.  Not sure if I set this in my dashboard or if I have to go host to host and interact with the Dynatrace CLI somehow to set a custom format.  And how do I issue that command?

Karen,
your date format is valid and supported and there's no manual configuratio possible currently anyway. Please open a support call with exact error message and fragment of the log. Thank you.
