Hi @juanrergis,
It is not a solution for you problem but I recommend (If you had available memeory resources in your DT cluster) to upgrade Log Monitoring V2. Your screen is a Log Moniotring V1 which will have EOL and will be switched off in January 2024. I would not build a soultion with Log Monitoring V1.

Thank you very much DynaMight, my question refers to what could be causing the error, whether it is licensing issues or disk space issues. Where can I see some indicator?

Hi @juanrergis,
Fist of all check your NFS and Storage setting at the environment in the Cluster management.
