1.333 and Enhanced endpoints for Service Detection v1

Environment

1. Go to  Settings > Process and contextualize > Services.
2. Under Service detection v1, select Enhanced endpoints for SDv1.
3. Turn on Enable enhanced endpoints for SDv1.

I am not seeing it in environments I support and I am an Admin of Dynatrace.  I had one other Dynatrace admin check and they are not seeing it either.

From Chat: what it seems so far, this feature is still in process of being rolled out and because of that some environments have it while the others don't. Since the roll-out started on 24th I would still wait another week. But if it still does not show up in your environment, I can definitely have our dev team take a look

Dynatrace team - I recommend updating docs on how releases work

DT Chat: I just found an internal note on this feature as another customer environment had same asked as they are not seeing this yet. And as per our dev team, there has been an issue with the enablement flag of the 3rd gen widget and their expected day to resolve indicates today, So likely you would be able to see it by tomorrow or end of today depending on if they are able to push it in as soon as fixed.

Indeed, there was a slight problem with the rollout of the feature. It should be solved tomorrow. I'll give an update here when the setting is visible.

Please put something in the notes in future please.  As this is taking people's time (Customer and Dynatrace) to figure this out.  Would be solved a lot quicker if something was published in release notes.

You're right. I'll try to add a note on features we know will take longer to roll out next time. For this one, tomorrow it should be enabled globally. I will give an update here.

The feature is now available in all the (v1.333) environments. It can now be enabled. Thank you for waiting.
