Hi all,
IHAC who suffered from the 4KB length limit on database statements (as shown in the red box in the image).
They would like to increase this limit because many of their database statements exceed this limit, making it impossible to view them in full.
Is there a possibility of increasing this limit in the future? If it's not technically feasible to increase the limit, are there any alternative ways to help them address this issue? Thanks.
Sincerely,
Leon

Hi friend,
I don't see the image you attached. Are you referring to the "database statement" attribute that you get in the database services, similar to what I'm showing in the attached image?
Indeed, the limit is 4 KB. I've attached a link to the documentation for your reference Dynatrace Documentation.
As far as I understand, this limit is not configurable. However, you might consider capturing the query as a business event if you need to perform a more detailed analysis for a specific type of request in your service that queries the database.
