API request won't show the description of the problem

I made this request and it won't show the description of the problem. But is the request correct? Can anyone help maybe?

Have you tried to add "+description" in the fields section? So it should be "+riskAssessment,+managementZones,+description"

Yes, It's the wrong screenshot but it won't work also there... but would it be correct then?

I think the request is correct. Please create a request for assistance as it looks like an issue with API response.
