Hi Team,
We are migrating the environment from managed to SaaS, and we are getting issues in AWS integration.
Please find the scenario:
We have two environments for managing environments, PROD and UAT, but the same ActiveGate role because the AWS account is the same, and in this we tried the same application role (monitored application) with changing the external ID, and it is working successfully in both environments, PROD as well as UAT.
Now we are trying the same active gate role for SaaS because SaaS active gates are also on the same AWS account.
But in this we are getting an error. Application role (monitored application) role is not present.
What may be the reason? Please help to resolve the issue.
