ActiveGate is Installed successfully on Linux server but not showing in Dynatrace environment

Hi Team , 

I am working on a RHEL machine which is dedicated Activegate server and I have installed the One agent first and then the Activegate . Both the installations have successfully completed .I can see the host under the host section . but I cannot see the status if this AG server under the AG section in Dynatrace . Any troubleshooting tipis are highly appreciated .

Successful installation of ActiveGate does not imply that ActiveGate is able to connect. Please investigate ActiveGate logs for connectivity errors first.
