Agent Connection to Collector/Node

Hi!

In our current deployment we have 3 ActiveGates for production. Checking the history of those ActiveGates, we see that the CPU/RAM are always low in two nodes. Is there a way to "Force" the balancing of those collectors / nodes?

Agents are looking for best path automatically, there is no option to pick which AG should be used. This is done automatically. Are you sure that all agents has access to all AG’s? Without this OA will connect to this one which is accessible.

Thanks @Sebastian K. i was under the impresion that the agents used some kind of round robin to send the traffic to the available AG, not that they use it as some kind of fail over only.
