Hello everyone,
For those of you whose organizations have SSO enabled upon logging into Dynatrace, what failsafe do you have setup in the event of an SSO outage? So, what other method do you utilize to login to Dynatrace if SSO is nonoperational? Using a personal email address unrelated to your organization (i.e. a gmail or yahoo account) could be an alternative but not a very secure one. We are working on finding a solution that wouldn't keep us completely out of our Dynatrace environment but would instead allow us to securely access it to use the platform to investigate within Dynatrace why the SSO outage is occurring. Thank you!
