I was looking for any forum entries covering the monitoring of Backbase (https://www.backbase.com/ ) in the Banking Industry, especially on the mobile banking platform side. I found some entries but they date back to 2014 so they certainly would not apply today.
This is in preparation to monitor it for a customer who is switching to Backbase from their current in house built digital banking platform.
Anybody had first hand experience monitoring https://www.backbase.com/platform/ with Dynatrace Managed?
For Mobile app of course instrumentation can be done, but I am looking for actual experience with this particular use case. Any help is appreciated.
