BizEvent: Response in incoming-tab vs Request in outgoing-tab

What's the difference in configuring BizEvent using 'response' in incoming-tab, vs configuring BizEvent using 'request' in outgoing-tab?

@waikeat_chan Incoming rules define capture at the application input, while outgoing rules are for requests that the application sends out (to third parties, for example). For more on outgoing rules, see this blog post for example.
