Business event custom buckets & assignment rules delay

when i create Custom Bucket & assignment rule and start ingesting business events immediately or even after wait a minute sometimes it got applied successfully and store bizevents to the custom bucket and sometimes it's not and the bizevents got ingested to the default bizevents bucket.

is anyone faced this before or there's a standard time should i wait before start ingesting bizevents after creating the custom bucket or the assignment rule ? i want to address the issue exactly is it in the newly created custom bucket or the assignment rule ?

We've seen similar delays with changing metric ingestion rules as well. It would be nice to understand the expected timeframe for OpenPipeline rule changes to process.
