CPU usage measurement on AIX oneagent

Does somebody know how exactly is CPU usage measured on AIX Oneagent? We are getting significant difference for process CPU usage (monitored WebSphere Application Server instance) reported by Oneagent (circa 2%) vs common tools (topas, circa 50%).

Per process CPU utilization is based on perfstat API (which is the same API that topas uses) and partition entitlement. In general, calculating CPU on AIX is affected by many factors - for example it heavily depends on sampling interval. If a precise analysis of this specific case by development is needed, please open a support ticket.
