but i'm not khow resolve

Hi @cesaraf 

The term  "Calls from unknown host, pages or devices" 

It means that they are calls detected by traffic but originating from some entity NOT monitored by Dynatrace.

Because Dynatrace is not monitoring that entity, it has no way to obtain more detailed information.

The call flow you mention doesn't make much sense, maybe if you give us a lot more context, by itself it is not understood.
