Can I manage users and groups with LDAP in Dynatrace

I'm in the process of setting a DEV environment for Dynatrace (cloud base & not managed). Unfortunately, I've only found documentation relating to Dynatrace Managed. Is there a way to manage users and groups with LDAP or SAML?
