Can we do full stack monitoring for Siebel and Windchill application through Dynatrace OneAgent deployment. Both are web based application accessed over Intranet. I know RUM and Host level monitoring will be possible but need to make sure at services and process level can we have monitoring possible.

Windchill is java based, so it should work just fine.
For Siebel I'm not sure which technology it is based on, is it java aswell?

Hello @MaciejNeumann
The Siebel is the only missing application 'Fleet' in our environment. Can we have some extra support to understand it well before going for the POC?

Tracing / code level monitoring won't work in Siebel as it is a native application.
Besides the extension mentioned on the HUB, you can do Real User monitoring with Dynatrace and so extract useful information from requests to Siebel core (such as SWE_METHOD) which will help Siebel administrator.

Hello @Julius_Loman
Yes. We are aware of this but looking for more information besides the basic metrics. Before, we used to use the RUM feature to look at the end-users data but was not that much helpful because we are looking for a solution for the Siebel administratos.
We tried a third-party tool called Germain but the Siebel admins were also not happy with that tool.
Let me share the following screenshot with them to understand that how it can be beneficial in their use case.

I've not seen this extension in production, basically this is mostly about metrics from backend processing.
RUM can provide you with added value, however you need to tweak the settings in Dynatrace and also some data is impossible to get without calling Dynatrace RUM API.

We have Siebel admins that use Dynatrace as an alerting tool (based on the data in the screenshot) before they dive into their specialist tools.
