Hi All,
I had registered with Dynatrace university in the past with my work email id. I wanted to change the registered email id to my personal email so that i won't lose my earned certifications and badges, and training if I switch my job. Please help me how can I do that.

Hello, In order to do this you need need to put in two support (ZenDesk) Tickets with your active account. Send one to the Dynatrace University stating your active email and the new email you want it converted to. Same goes for the Community, please follow their instructions to a 'T' so they can port your account to the new email address account.
