If you go into an individual service's detail page you can use the filter at the top to view a chart that only contains specific response codes but at the moment in custom charting only the aggregated 4XX and 5XX metrics are available.

You can create yourself a multi dimensional chart and store it: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/server-side...
It won't be available on the dashboard, but as a bookmark in the service screen.
