You can install a OneAgent to get additional insight into the desktop, and you can also use our Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Extension to get more information about the delivery chain.

Hello @Michael L.
Thank you for sharing the links.
I guess my query was not clear. The customer made a VDI setup on the Windows Hyper-V, so the internal/external users will be landed on those VDI/VMs during the login and then the session/communication will be started from VDI to backend Citrix servers.
How can we monitor such type of setup with the minimum utilization of licensing?
Regards,
Babar

From the VDI to the backend Citrix servers the links I added will help you out.
As for insight into the Windows Hyper-V, you could either install a OneAgent into each VDI (a lot of insight but consumes Host Units), or write an ActiveGate plugin to poll out health information from Hyper-V (less insight but also less license utilization).

Hello @Michael L.
Once again, thank you for your suggestions.
It means we can ignore the OneAgent, and the extensions/plugins can provide us the maximum information.

Babar

Hello @Michael L.
If I am not mistaken, you are referring to the ActiveGate plugin to poll out health information from Hyper-V.
