Hello community team,
I noticed that in the new tenants the classic apps are no longer available. Is there any way to enable or access these classic apps again?
They are very important for our team’s daily operations and workflows.

Classic Apps are deprecated since January this year and will be removed from SaaS eventually (end of 2027). There are still some features missing and will be added in the next couple of months (maintenance windows, for example). However, some concepts between Dynatrace Classic and the new platform are different (data segmentation and tagging, problem notifications), so I do understand the pain with the change. But we should prepare to move to the Gen3 platform anyway.
If you are an existing Dynatrace customer, I think you can still request an environment with Classic apps - reach out to your Dynatrace representative or CSM, but it's only a temporary solution. New customers will have Gen3-only environments without Classic apps.
