Cluster Activegate Debug

Hi!

Is there a way to debug the cluster activegate for the synthetic test that run in AWS/Azure/external saas? We are noticing that from time to time we have to restart the activegate since there is missing info for the test (A 13 step test that only show some middle steps) and dont show as failed. Example: We got a test that does a few steps and ends with and SMS sending. We start to get the sms of the platform, but the synthetic always show as incomplete or lacking steps.

We are thinking that maybe the AG specs are low (4gb ram and 2vcpu). Currently handling Agentless + Mobile Rum + Classic Synthetic push to are enviroment + New Synthetic. but we dont have a way to check.

CPU is alwas at 20/30% and Heap memory at 30/50% at most.

Every time you struggle, I propose you to contact us via chat or open a support case. For Custer AG we provide CPU and Memory utilization, and traffic processed. Definitely those 3 should be below a reasonable threshold. Additionally you can inspect on your own Cluster AG logs.
