See below message about the OneAgent status. It is given the status critical.
Does anybody know what the specific risk are for a customer? No more support or is there a risk that the agent stops working with the next version?
Who can enlighten me?

Hi,
It is difficult to estimate exactly what impact this may have on the application being monitored. For example, certain modules may have been improved so as not to cause performance problems with the technology, etc. Surely if you have a problem and report a ticket to support, they will ask you to update to a supported version first.
