Custom metrics failing to capture events via filters MDA

I've noticed some inconsistent behavior with my custom metrics lately. They were working fine as 'fetch spans' with specific filters, but since March 11th, data collection has become hit-or-miss. Are there any known outages or updates to MDA that might be causing this?

No, the use of fetch spans was intended to illustrate the MDA mechanics. Given that this functionality was altered last month, it became necessary to rebuild the system entirely via fetch spans to ensure continued operation.
