Device busy solution

Dear All,

After stopping all monitored processes and even stopping the host level monitoring, I am facing the device busy message. What is an easy solution to this situation?

mv: cannot rename /opt/dynatrace/oneagent to /opt/dynatrace/oneagent-old: Device busy

Probably the best way to find out is figuring out the process that is hanging on a file in /opt/dynatrace/oneagent

I would probably check out lsof on some of the process that are running

Thank you for your comments.

It is a Solaris agent, which is not a Fullstack agent, so we instrument the specified processes and monitoring of those processes already disabled.
