We use SSO for logging into Dynatrace.
When new users get logon permissions their attention is automatically drawn to the white username/password fields on the logon screen. Even when told they have to use the SSO button they try to logon using credentials.
Is there a way to disable the username/password field on the logon screen?
And, if so, is it possible to undo the action by changing a config file or so? For, when the AD fails for any reason we should still be able to logon as an Admin.

@r_tempelaars if you are using Managed product follow this link: https://docs.dynatrace.com/managed/shortlink/managed-openid#set-up-openid-integration and instead of Standard + SSO just select SSO

Thanks Raj,
We indeed have a Managed env. Forgot to mention.
But is it somehow possibe to logon as an Admin (local Dynatrace account) without the username/password fields. In case the AD is not function or so.

@r_tempelaars you can access the admin-only password by following these steps: https://abc.company.com/admin. This will provide you with the option to enter the admin password. I hope this helps you with your break glass account needs.
Thanks
