What is the Start Time in traces based of? Is it Dynatrace SaaS/Managed time?

it depends by span timestamp, converted in your current timezone

Let's say OneAgent system time is 16:20:35 and Dynatrace Managed system time is 16:18:35, the start time would have used OneAgent's 16:20:35?
