Hi,
We noticed that there was an issue related to the OneAgent update, which caused several database hosts to switch to Full-Stack Monitoring. This resulted in unplanned license consumption, and we just saw in the community today that this had already been reported.
However, we didn’t receive any alert or email notification regarding this change, so it caught us by surprise.
We would like to know what can be done regarding the additional license usage generated by this unplanned situation.
Looking forward to your guidance.
Best regards,

UPDATE: Fix version has been released
Hi,
sadly the update from OA 1.311 to OA 1.313 got a bug and in some situation could lead to a switch in the monitoring mode.
A bug fix should be released in the next hours and will automatically switch back the monitoring mode.
I suggest you to contact your CSM/AE.
