I have a selection of LDAP integrated users that logoff the Dynatrace console after only a very short time active; usually less than a couple of minnutes. This doesn't seem to affect all accounts. Is there anything that needs to be configured to control this or any logs to indicate why the session is being reset.

As I now there is no mechanism to control session expiration. Maybe this is related to your ldap configuration?

That was my understanding. Are there any session logs that may indicate why the session is terminating? Thanks

There is audit log but there are no info about session termination. Is it possible that those users are signing off from domain account somehow and this is root cause of the problem?

Do they access the cluster using the same URL as users without accidental logoff? What is your cluster version? Do you have more than one cluster node? Is there a proxy/load balancer in the path between the browser and Dynatrace Server? Do you use just LDAP authentication or also SSO?
There is no autologoff or session expiration in Dynatrace. Anything interesting in the server logs?
