when I go to method hotspot from purepath, it returns " no call in time range message"

Did you try to extend timeframe on top of dashboard? Default is 10 minuteS I think.

yes. Issue seems SaaS is not identifying method hotspot. do you know options get method hotspot enabled for monitoring?
