Dynatrace associate Certification

I want to understand Dynatrace score calculation for theoretical and practical task in Dynatrace associate certification exam, all tasks are of equal marks (same marks for practical and theoretical questions) or Dynatrace gives more marking to practical and less for theoretical questions (for example each practical task will get 5 marks and each theoretical question will get 1 mark).

That’s definitely not expected behavior. Getting 0% in the Dashboard section twice usually points to a technical or evaluation issue, not a mistake in your lab work—especially if your screenshots confirm the dashboards were created correctly.

Please open a support ticket regarding the exam results. The Dynatrace exam/support team can review your lab execution and backend evaluation, verify whether the dashboard tasks were properly detected.

Make sure to include exam name and date(s), screenshots of your dashboard lab work and a short description that the Dashboard section returned 0% twice

This is the only way to get a definitive explanation or correction, and cases like this are handled directly by the certification team.

I am yet to take certification exam. I wanted to get Idea on score calculation and focus area during exam, my question is if all questions are of same marks or practical question have more weightage over theoretical exam.
