Dynatrace detecting service name prepord but the service belongs to production

The service is from production but the name is detected prepord.

Checked service naming rule 

our development team checked from there side and server administrator too but no issue from there side 

Please can i know how dynatrace detecting this name?

Could you please check properties and tags WebServer Name?

You can see built-in service naming rules under Settings>Server-side service monitoring>Service naming rules

here are properties of service and web server name is dmswebint-prepord. Is service name detected from web server name.

Then you should check your apache conf files to find the webserver name

Hi @PacoPorro I have checked apache conf file but i did not find anything in that file too.

Keep in mind this webserver name is something captured from the Apache configuration, not created by Dynatrace.
