Hello dear community,
I would like to know if anyone has managed to solve the following issue: Dynatrace detects a database service as <unavailable>, showing the following details:
Database name: ✱ <unavailable>
Database vendor: ✱ OLEDB
Technologies: OLEDB
Database host names: <host_unavailable>

This can happen for several reasons but often is because of a misconfigured connection string.
I would suggest to give this solution a try: https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/Troubleshooting/Database-Host-details-are-missing-host-unavailabl... And if it doesn't work or it's not the case, I would reach out to support to check and troubleshoot your situation in detail.
