Error 403 when accessing Dynatrace

Sometimes when I access Dynatrace, I see many 403 errors. I need to log out and log in again, or even use in private mode/ another browser to access the environment.

Hello,

This usually happens when you log in using two different users (admin & personal user), so you have some pages cached with admin privileges that you can't access using your personal user. that was my case for that error.

A 403 Error may also appear if your access to Dynatrace's software and systems has been geo-blocked as part of our  procedures to prevent violations of applicable sanctions and export control laws.
