Error while installing OneAgent: another installation is in progress on Windows Server 2012

While installing One Agent I got an error like another installation is in progress on windows 2012 server. I have shared the image for reference. we have tried so many times, we have facing this issue on multiple servers. Could you please anyone help me with this.

Hi @Saikumar1 ,

From the image you have attached looks like you are trying to attempt the installation for activategate not OneAgent 🤔
If possible you can restart your machine and try ?

What version of agent you are trying and  how you are installing ?
