since it is global - a lot of side effects
We are using as "temprorary" before dev team will do exceptioon clean up
because all things like key requests are brocken

typical request after enabling:
/get_incident_details/Salesforce/<masked>%<masked>/<masked>%<masked>/0/1000/ASC
